Why I Wrote This Book
I wrote Common Sense 2.0 because I have seen, firsthand, what happens when a nation abandons truth.
I was born in Iran and came to the United States at the age of thirteen, during the violent upheaval that followed the takeover of my original homeland by the mullahs. What had once been a functioning, prosperous society was dismantled through deceit, ideological fanaticism, and relentless gaslighting of its people. Institutions were hollowed out, dissent was silenced, and reality itself was bent to serve power. I watched a country fall all at once through lies presented as virtue and corruption disguised as moral authority. Consequently, America became my lifeboat.
The path to citizenship was neither easy nor guaranteed. It required sacrifice, perseverance, and years of hard work. When I was finally granted the privilege of becoming an American citizen, I made a quiet vow: I would not be a passive beneficiary of this nation's freedoms. I would become a productive, engaged, and consequential member of the society that had given me refuge and opportunity.
I kept that vow. I trained relentlessly and became a practicing physician, serving my community and caring for patients with the seriousness and compassion they deserve. Medicine taught me how to listen, how to diagnose, and, most importantly, how to recognize underlying pathology rather than merely treating symptoms. Over time, I began to see troubling parallels between the diseases I treat in individuals and the ailments afflicting our national life.
Hypocrisy. Fraud. Corruption. Political deceit masquerading as compassion. Just as in medicine, ignoring root causes only worsens outcomes. And just as I would never mislead a patient or withhold the truth for convenience, I believe citizens deserve honesty about the condition of their republic.
This book is my attempt to educate my fellow Americans as I would my own patients, with clarity, respect, and an unwavering commitment to truth. Common Sense 2.0 does not offer quick fixes or ideological sedatives. Instead of chemotherapy, stem cells, or experimental cures, I offer knowledge. Instead of false reassurance, I offer diagnosis. And instead of despair, I offer a plan of care rooted in truth, courage, resolve, and constitutional principles.
I wrote this book because I refuse to watch the nation that saved me, and millions of other people like me, succumb to the same forces that destroyed the one I and others left behind. America is worth the effort. Its health can be restored. But only if we are willing to confront reality and act with the seriousness the moment demands.

Throughout his career, he has published innovative scientific research papers and earned multiple medical patents, with additional patents pending for groundbreaking treatments addressing conditions long considered untreatable. He stands among the few community-based physicians who hold personal patented medical inventions, a testament to his commitment to advancing medical science.

In 2023, Dr. Kaveh led a successful initiative to designate December as "Family Strong Month," recognizing that strong families form the foundation of American greatness.
His efforts resulted in official proclamations from the Las Vegas City Council and the Lieutenant Governor of Nevada, making Las Vegas the first city in the country, and Nevada the first state, to formally recognize a month dedicated to strengthening families and honoring their essential role in American life.
This achievement wasn't about recognition. It was about protecting the traditional family values that The Founding Fathers understood were essential to preserving freedom and liberty.
Standing Firm When Others Retreated
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when many clinics closed their doors and fear paralyzed communities, Dr. Kaveh chose a different path.
He kept his practice open.
He established a dedicated COVID clinic to care for patients outside of overwhelmed hospital systems, helping save lives and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations. His firsthand experience during this critical period led to the publication of two medical articles grounded in real-world clinical outcomes, challenging conventional approaches and proving that courage combined with medical expertise saves lives.
